What exactly am I paying for?
Every automation in our catalog has a documented "hours saved per use" based on actual timing — not estimates. Each month, we calculate the total hours of manual work our automations replaced for your agency. You pay for verified hours saved at your tier rate. No platform fees, no per-user charges, no surprise line items.
How do you calculate hours saved?
Each automation has a pre-defined time savings based on how long the equivalent manual process takes. For example, our client onboarding automation replaces 3.5 hours of manual setup work every time a new client signs. Your monthly total is the sum of (hours saved per use × number of times each automation ran). We report this transparently every week so there are never surprises on your invoice.
What if I go over my tier minimum?
Overages are billed at the same per-hour rate as your tier — no penalty pricing. If you're on the Starter plan at $10/hour and your automations save 65 hours in a month, the additional 15 hours are still billed at $10 each. If you're consistently exceeding your tier, we'll recommend moving up to lock in a better rate.
Is there a setup fee?
All committed plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) include setup at no additional cost. Setup covers building your unified data layer, connecting your tools, deploying your initial automations, and a stabilization period to ensure everything runs reliably. For agencies that want to start with a deeper operational assessment before committing, we offer an Automation Audit (~$4,000, up to 10 hours) that includes process mapping, a prioritized automation roadmap, and estimated ROI per workflow.
